1. When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.


2. How long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery time is 12–15 business days. While this window allows for thorough order handling and shipping logistics, we always aim to deliver your order as promptly as possible.


3. Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales at LavishPlugs are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure your order is accurate before completing your purchase.


4. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Our team will review and respond with next steps.


5. Do you ship internationally?

 "Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future!"


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its status.


7. What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. LavishPlugs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping due to customer error may require additional fees.


8. What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your tracking info shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, LavishPlugs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
